The iconic wine of the estate, with its roots deep in its centuries-old history. A classic Bordeaux blend of breed, aristocratic elegance, and extraordinary longevity.

Grape varieties

Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenère, Merlot

Fermentation

Spontaneous 12/15 day fermentation in small concrete vats with periodic pumpovers and délestage.

Maturation

Ageing of 24 months 70% in barriques and 30% in French oak barrels with medium roasting of first, second and third pass, followed by the final assembly. The wine is finally bottled and stays for at least 24 months in our cellars.
