Origin: Isla de Maipo.
The vineyard is planted on soils of alluvial origin with good water infiltration and optimal conditions for the development of the vines.
Good climatic conditions of the valley along with the influence of the Maipo river make it the ideal climate to grow Zinfandel.This grape is originally from Italy and known there as “Primitivo“.
Defined according to the concentration of the grapes and their aromatic potential. Grapes were handpicked during the 3rd week of April.
The wine making technique its oriented to obtain aromatic and elegant wines. The grapes are de-stemmed and pressed gently for a long cold maceration. Selected yeasts, extended contact with the skins and complete malolactic fermentation.
TOTAL ACIDITY 6,72g/l
Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.
Wine stabilized at cold temperatures and filtered <3 NTU, before bottling,
Clean red ruby wine, with violet tints.
Fruity and intense aromas that remind us of plum and cherry. Also some notes of berry jam.
Juicy and balanced wine with soft and ripe tannins, a rich acidity and sweetness characteristic of variety. It is a long and harmonious wine ideal for high gastronomy.

Best served between 16-17°C.
