Mburucuya is a wild plant from our native flora.
It is specially known for its beautiful and strange flowers that grows lonely trough a climbing plant.
Its spectacular design inspire us to create this wine of unique characteristics

SYRAH, CABERNET FRANC,MERLOT, TANNAT y SANGIOVESE represents the 5 stamens that will give birth the fruit of this exotic flower.

Tasting notes
It is a seductive wine with a unique and complex personality.
Intense and concentrate with a deep and brilliant red colour. The wine offers a juicy mouthful of cherries, blackberries, blueberries and raspberries aroma that makes the wine intense and complex.
Elegant velvety tannins provide a firm backbone for a long and fruity flavoured finish.
Vinification
Elaborated with our best grapes from each plot, with a careful manual selection of bunches only with optimum ripeness.
Vinification is done by variety with Pre-fermentative maceration, periodic “Delestages”, fermentation temperature 24ºC.
It is a blend designed to reveal the maximum fruity potential of each variety.
The wine is bottled without cold stabilization in order to keep its qualities untouched, so that after sometimes small natural substances may appear, but they do not affect the sensory quality of the wine.
Ideal to match with fresh salads, white meat, pork, soft cheeses, bruschetas and pasta with cream sauces.
