76% whole cluster., 10 month èlevage in French 220l barrique (33% new).

Harvested on September 26th, 2019 (moon in Aquarius).

Bottled on August 25th, 2020 (moon in Sagittarius).

TASTING NOTES: Jonquil, Jatamansi and Parma Violet.
