This is a Pisco made with carefully selected “aromatic” grapes, the “Italia” kind of grapes that you buy and are produced in Peru. Its scent is of attractive Muscat aromas which intensify when you savour it on the palate giving it a sense of sweetness. This Pisco couples strength and roundness. Great respect in the distillation process allows to preserve the fineness obtained in the long months of growth and maturation of these grapes.
