Shipping & Returns
You may return a product within 30 days if it is faulty. Please contact us (email@example.com or 021 888 295) to discuss your issue with the product. We will replace a product free of charge if it is found to be faulty. At that time you can also request a refund reather than a replacement.
The replacement/refund, once agreed, will be should be made within 7 working days.
Currently we only ship within New Zealand. Please contact us if you would like to ship elsewhere in the world.
Delivery within 2 working days North Island and Waiheke and 4 working days South Island.
Please note that the shipping rates are based on the number of bottles; generally 1-12 bottles will attract one unit charge with additional multiples of 1-12 bottles attracting a further, similar, delivery charge.
