This  great Pisco has a commanding odour and a very pleasant dark yellow color.

it is not as sweet as the other varieties, yet it carries strong oak flavour the others lack, probably due to longer aging. Aged in oak barrels, which impart an attractive colour and delicate aroma.

Pisco Mistral was recognized among the brands that had a higher volume growth worldwide in 2006, ranking among the Top 10 for the category that includes grape distillates produced worldwide, according to consultancy Wine and Spirits Record (IWSR ) based in London. In the category "grape spirits" which considers, among others, cognacs, brandies and pisco-highlighted Pisquera Company Pisco Mistral of Chile in the No. 10, being also the only pisco that qualifies in the category.
