Cortez is one of the finest expressions of Chenin Blanc in the Testalonga range. It's dry, delicate and precise, with the ethereal feel that can define a great white wine. Look for stone fruit, apple skin and dried herb flavours.
Half the fruit is aged in tank, half in older barrels, then blended back together, all to show off the elegant side of Chenin Blanc. It's gorgeous and intoxicating to sit and sip on.
