On the nose citrus flavours and tropical fruit notes of peach with minerals and herbs on the back. On the palate it's pleasantly fresh, full of citrus flavours, great acidity and beautiful balance leaving a long aftertaste of fruits and minerals.

DETAILS
Winemaker: José Manuel Martínez Juste
Grape origin: Selection of grapes from own vineyards & leased estates under winery's technical control.
Soils: Granite, some estates also have schist and slate.
Varietal Breakdown: Albariño 100% (a selection).
Winemaking: Strict selection of grapes in the vineyard. Rigorous control of vines with manual harvest in 15 kg boxes. Immediate transport to the winery where the grapes are placed in a refrigerated chamber at 5 ºC. Selection of grape by grape at vibratory table. Destemming and light skin soak before pneumatic pressing. Separation of musts. Static racking. Temperature controlled fermentation. Aging on lees for 2 months. Wine settled in stainless steel tanks when it has reached sufficient maturity.
