WINEMAKING Sourced from the Hawkes Bay, our 2017 Sauvignon Blanc was fermented at cold temperatures in stainless steel fermenting tanks on our property. The wine was finished dry and it shows a refreshing acidity. Our Sauvignon Blanc is true to the Hawkes Bay style where acidity is balanced and less intense (than a Marlborough style Sauvignon Blanc) with lovely tropical fruit expression is more prominent.
TASTING NOTE Fermented in stainless steel, this Sauvignon Blanc has amazing aromas of guava, nectarine, crushed gooseberry and redcurrant. The palate is dense yet lively with complex flavours of tropical fruits and white nectarine.
