Manzanilla now has its own appellation (Denominacion de Origen; DO), being Manzanilla - Sanlucar de Barrameda.  This is due to its distinctive style and also its market acceptance and success.  The time has come to ask for a Manzanilla and NOT a "dry sherry". 

Classic Manzanilla. Tangy and sea-salt like grip on the nose and palate, superb with tapas and to tantalize the buds before a meal. 

Typical floral, sweet muscat aromas.  Delectable and sweet.  17.5% - superb poured over fruit salad or into a tall glass, over ice and with a splash of Angostura bitters.

This wine has an average age of 40 years.  The evaporation that has taken place over these years has resulted in an alcohol content of 20% and deep, dark colour and flavours.  The nose has some very strong flavours of pastry, nuts and varnish (nice varnish).  The palate is powerful and complex with intensely concentrated flavours.  The finish is extremely persistent.  Food matches include almonds, matured cheeses, mushroom dishes, white meat and blue fish.  Superb and expensive!

Made by the traditional or champagne method from monastrell (95%) and tempranillo (5%).  A treat for the taste buds with spicy food, dark chocolate or mature cheese

An uncomplicated summer-wine with a distinctive muscat nose, and a vibrant palate.  Ideal for those spring and summer days, light and fresh.  Good with fruit and salads.  A blend of muscat, sauvignon blanc, chardonnay and viura.

Cava is the Spanish term for sparkling wine.  Mas Candi Cava is fruity and sweetish on the palate with a relatively dry finish.  It is full-bodied and delicious as an aperitif.  The wine has good structure and length and is very pleasant once has swallowed the surprise of the front-palate sweetness.

The Desig is a fresh and crisp version of Xarel.lo, without any oak contact but with excellent structure and balance and a long finish.  An excellent summer wine with white meat dishes.
