Medium bodied, with luscious aromas of white peach and orange blossom, this wine is soft and gentle on the palate showing all the rich vibrancy of a typical viognier with a fresh and deliciously lingering aftertaste.
Hand picked at 23.5 degrees balling, 7.5 tons of Viognier grapes were hand sorted before being crushed, de-stemmed and gently pumped into a membrane press along with some dry ice. Left to settle for 24 hours, the ‘must’ was then inoculated with a Rhone yeast and fermented at between 14-17 degrees Celsius for 5 days.
